No, you cannot check the MP TET Result offline. The exam authority does not publish the MP TET result in offline mode. The candidates have to check the MP TET result in online mode. The candidates have to visit the official website regularly after the MP TET exam is concluded to know the latest information of the MP TET result. After the release of the MP TET results, the certificates will be released for the MP TET.
