Yes, other state candidates who do not have a domicile in Uttar Pradesh can apply for the Super TET. However, these candidates will not get any reservation benefits and will be treated as general category candidates. The Super TET exam is conducted to recruit teachers for government schools in UP. To apply for this exam, you need to have passed either the Central Teacher Eligibility Test or the UP State Teacher Eligibility Test. You do not need to be a resident of the UP state, as any Indian citizen can apply for Super TET if they fulfill the eligibility criteria.

Yes, you can become a government teacher without a graduate degree. Without gradation, you can teach at the nursery and primary levels. However, you will need to complete a two-year Diploma in Education (D. Ed. ) or three-year B.Ed. degree after the 12th grade. Also, you must have at least 50 percent of your class in the 12th grade. To become a government teacher, you will also have to qualify for government recruitment exams (CTET or TET). After qualifying these exams, you may apply for a nursery-level teaching post in government schools.
