The Uttar Pradesh government administers the SUPER TET exam to hire teachers for UP government schools. The selection process for government teachers through Super TET is as follows:
1. Written test: Candidates who have passed CTET or UPTET must appear for an objective test. The paper consists of 150 questions, each carrying one mark.
2. In preparing the final merit list, this stage accounts for 60% of the weighted average of the scores.
3. Following this test, a merit list is created, with academic performance receiving a 40% weighting.
4. The Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board finally releases a list of the chosen applicants.

Yes, other state candidates who do not have a domicile in Uttar Pradesh can apply for the Super TET. Yes, you can become a government teacher without a graduate degree. Without gradation, you can teach at the nursery and primary levels.
