The PgCTL program at Suraasa lasts for about 10 months and is considered to respect working teachers' schedules. Participants will commit about 8 hours per week, split into:4 hours of live classes on-line: These take place at a time set by the participant before the program.Online tests and assessments/Assignments: 2 hoursSelf-study: 2 hours utilizing the Suraasa online learning platform, access to learning materials, pre-recorded sessions and reading resources that the learner can access at will. The whole approach would allow the learner to maintain her professional commitments and work through the course.

PgCTL at Suraasa is designed for aspiring and practising teachers who want to make their classroom learning experiences highly impactful. Eligibility requirements include: Employment as a teacher or active pursuer of a teaching position.A bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution is necessary. Experience at the master's or PhD level is also acceptable.Proficiency in English, which is equivalent to level B2 on the Common European Framework of Reference or an IELTS score of 6.
