In many countries, a B.Ed degree is a requirement for teaching in public schools. However, the specific requirements can vary based on the region and the type of institution. Some private schools may have different hiring criteria, and candidates with a strong background in their subject area might be considered even without a B.Ed. Nonetheless, obtaining a B.Ed enhances teaching skills and improves job prospects.
