Yes, you can take your 2nd year B.Ed in regular mode provided the 1st year of private mode is taken at CMD College. As most institutes allow students to get transfer and join if the candidate has completed all his/ her eligibility criteria and required work then he/ she may have a chance of joining with the college if that specific college allows students with its admission and transfer rules and regulations.
