There is no tuition fees for studying electrical engineering in Technical University of Munich for international students. However, students have to manage additional cost while studying Btech in electrical engineering in Germany at TUM Germany. Many of the Heildberg University courses and the Technical University of Munich courses has zero tuition fees for international students. So, we can say that yes both the universities have zero tuition fees. There are many other popular universities in Germany that didnt charge any fees from international students.

It is noteworthy that German public colleges usually do not impose exorbitant tuition rates on foreign students. Alternatively, they can just charge a nominal semester fee that includes a public transportation ticket and covers administrative expenses. Since TUHH and TUM are both public universities, international students should find their tuition costs to be rather reasonable and comparable. It is therefore doubtful that there would be a substantial difference in tuition between the two universities.

Compared to the Technical University of Munich (TUM), the Braunschweig University of Technology (TU Braunschweig) seems to be less expensive. For all students, German and foreign alike, the approximate annual tuition for an undergraduate degree at TU Braunschweig is €1,000, and for a postgraduate program, it is €1,500. The current tuition rate for an undergraduate degree at TUM is €1,500 each semester, and for a postgraduate program, it is €1,500 per year.
