If you want to pursue ECE then try your hands on robotics and embedded system learn their basics, try to build some hardware projects. You will see the power of IC chip in this digital world. The best subject to do after class 12th with CS can be BE/ B.Tech in CSE from a highly reputed engineering institution. More courses with high demand in CS are:
1. B.Tech in IT
2. BCA
3. B.Sc IT
4. B.Voc in IT or software development
If you want to have a great scope and future, you need to study in top colleges for B.Tech and B.Voc courses. After that BCA is highly demanded nowadays after doing BCA, MCA is a good option. High salary is guaranteed.

As you talk of finance, you don't need to worry about that, you can manage to gain scholarship so that you can go for B.Tech because to move to ISRO you need a platform which you can get through your college. You'll get greater exposure also as doing graduation doesn't mean you go for jobs.
