The CSI Institute of Technology has at least 150 faculty members: over 80% of them earned postgraduate degrees and many of them have Ph.D. Most of them have a teaching experience of more than ten years and they also contribute to research most of them having papers in indexed journals. The institute ensures a student-to-faculty ratio of approximately 15:1, approache that supports individual focus. Teaching faculty development and training are facilitated from time to time in order to improve competence in teaching. Their specialties include all branches of engineering, where students receive sound academic preparation combined with exposure to the prevailing trend in the industry. 

The faculty at CSI Institute of Technology is therefore well qualified and has a lot of experience. More than 80% of the teaching staff are post graduate besides several of them have Ph.D. in their individual field. It currently has over 150 teaching staff in order to guarantee learning compactness in compliance with the standards of student – teacher ratio. Most faculty members teach over 10 years; and a large percentage of them are involved in active research and have published papers in national and international journals. Besides, there are frequent faculty development programs in the college to ensure that the staff teaches their courses in ways that conform to the current technological and teaching practices.
