The CUET cutoff of AIET is usually 150. Apart from CUET, admission in the institute also considers entrance exams such as JEE Main and UPCET. Recent cutoff ranks in JEE Main are:  B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering : 180,130B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering: 218,478For MCA, the UPCET cutoff rank is around 14,191.
