Assuming, you are talking about B.Tech in Public colleges, Presidency is more expensive and has a fee struture in the range of INR 2LPA - INR 4 LPA while in general, SETs are more likely to be in the range of INR 30,000 - INR 1 Lakhs per annum. This does not answer the question asked as there is a huge assumption that you are talking about BTech in public colleges.
