There is no college for CA course, it's professional degree you have to registered with ICAI for this and have to study with online or offline coaching or self study. The Chartered Accountancy Course is divided into three levels I. e. CA Foundation, CA Intermediate and CA Final. To become a CA in India, you must pass all these three levels of CA including three years of Articleship Training. Thus, it takes a minimum of 5 years for you to become CA after the 12th. If you write CPGET you will get admission only in Telangana, Candidates qualified in CPGET are eligible for admissions into Campus, Constituent and Affiliated colleges of Osmania, Kakatiya, Telangana Mahatma Gandhi, Palamuru, Satavahana, Telangana Mahila Vishwa Vidyalayam and JNTUH Universities.

SEE it is a clear case of migration
Most of the university do not allow it. Please go through the university admission process and check if they allow. Then only take TC from Gujarat. But as per my knowledge college transfer is easy but university transfer is difficult.
