MBA Telecom and MBA are sector specific MBA. Why do you want to restrict your chive of employer to these two markets"? Both these sectors have started showing early sign of decline phase. You are advised to do generic MBA and then make a choice of industry to work after understanding all management functions.

Yes, you are eligible to be a pilot as minimum qualification for pilot is intermediate in science stream with mathematics or diploma engineering. You should have a clear vision (eye sight) and be physically fit too.

Creating a drone requires involvement of a number of engineering disciplines like Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, but on comparing the roles, Electrical and Electronics engineers play the most dominant role in the process. Therefore, I would suggest you to opt for Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

BITM is a decent college. In MBA, college brand matters most. Balaji institutes of Pune are having a good brand name in the corporate world. This is beneficial. BITM is a good option.

MBA Telecom & System is a sector specific niche MBA. Currently Indian Telecom industry is in challenged state. Therefore, it is recommended that you opt for generic MBA so that you have large opportunities to choose from.

If a PG course is what one wants to do, then PG in Digital Electronics (In possibly all digital related fields), Wireless communication (According to me, very secured future-at least 2 to 3 decades, in case one lands in a meaningful job), VLSI & Embedded systems (Fair one, all leading smartphone companies, electronic hardware companies need them), Power Electronics (To cease opportunities in emerging renewable energy production market), and further inter-disciplinary ones like Mechatronics (considering future is of robots and artificial intelligence, this also should be very reliable), etc.
