Creating a drone requires involvement of a number of engineering disciplines like Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, but on comparing the roles, Electrical and Electronics engineers play the most dominant role in the process. It's good to know your quest for knowledge. I suggest that you obtain your diploma with good marks first, obtain employment and then look for different courses. There are plenty of courses to choose from.

There are many good colleges available for Diploma engineering, Sri Ramakrishna Shilpa Institute, KG Engineering Institute, Kanyapur Polytechnic, Kalna Polytechnic, MB Institute of Technology, etc.

If a PG course is what one wants to do, then PG in Digital Electronics (In possibly all digital related fields), Wireless communication (According to me, very secured future-at least 2 to 3 decades, in case one lands in a meaningful job), VLSI & Embedded systems (Fair one, all leading smartphone companies, electronic hardware companies need them), Power Electronics (To cease opportunities in emerging renewable energy production market), and further inter-disciplinary ones like Mechatronics (considering future is of robots and artificial intelligence, this also should be very reliable), etc.
