Hello Ayush,
Master of technology for M.Tech is postgraduate studies in engineering. As a result the basic eligibility is graduation in Engineering which is a 4 year course. Having completed B.Sc. In Physics which is a 3 year course a student is not eligible to appear for any entrance examination leading to admission for M.Tech. But yes if you complete your M.Sc. Then you can appear for the concerned subject in GATE and then hope to get admission in one of the colleges in the appropriate subject for M.Tech.
Best wishes to you.

After you graduate, for any job you need to get professional specific skills or knowledge. These 10th and 12th marks will just hold you few extra minutes in interview answering why you got that and why they should hire you in spite of that. The last question matters the most and your professional skills and abilities later determine your worth for job, not 10 or 12.

Yes, Telecom in India is still miles away from reaching saturation point. Large number of developments are taking place worldwide and it's bound to have impact in Indian market. There are large number of Placements opportunities available today and are expected to be available in future too. In view of the foregoing, I would surely endorse your thoughts of going for PG in Telecom. Best wishes to you.
