Master of technology for M.Tech is postgraduate studies in engineering. As a result the basic eligibility is graduation in Engineering which is a 4 year course. Having completed B.Sc. In Physics which is a 3 year course a student is not eligible to appear for any entrance examination leading to admission for M.Tech. But yes if you complete your M.Sc. Then you can appear for the concerned subject in GATE and then hope to get admission in one of the colleges in the appropriate subject for M.Tech.
Best wishes to you.
