Apart from the scores in the national-level entrance examinations, the candidates seeking admission to various courses at TERI University must keep a note of the following eligibility criteria:Bachelor/Integrated Master Program: Students must have obtained at least 50% marks in aggregate in the Senior Secondary School Examination (10+2) from any recognised Board of Education. For 4-years B.Sc. in Economics, candidates must have secured a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate with Mathematics or Applied Mathematics.Master's Program: Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university. Students with good academic performance and prior work experience are given a preference.For B.B.A. and MBA programs, eligible students are called for a Group Discussion followed by a personal interview round.     3. Doctoral Program: Students must have a Master's degree in a relevant field with at least 55% marks in aggregate or an equivalent grade on a point scale.    4. Diploma and Certificate: Students must have a graduation degree from a recognised university. A minimum experience of two years in any Government organization, Industry, Research/Academic Institution, etc. is needed in case of a PG Diploma in Public Policy and Sustainable Development.

The university provides 25 courses across 5 streams. The university accepts CAT, MAT, XAT, GMAT, CMAT, CLAT, TERI University Entrance Exam, entrance exam scores for admission to the various courses provided by the university.The cut-off rank for different entrance examinations varies every year depending on the number of applicants, the difficulty level of the tests, and the number of seats available at various institutions. On the other hand, over 95% get placement opportunities from the campus of DIT University every year.The top recruiters at TERI University are Godrej, TCS, HCL, KPMG, Ultratech Cement, Azure Power India Ltd., Deloitte etc., whereas, the foremost recruiting companies at DIT University are Google, Capgemini, Paypal, Samsung, Lenovo, Adobe, TCS, Infosys, Goldman Sachs etc.The salary range offered from placement at TERI University is from 5 to 14 Lakhs per annum. On the contrary, in the year 2021-2022, 68% of students at DIT University could get a package of more than 5 LPA, 17% more than 10 LPA, 9% more than 15 LPA and 6% got an offer of more than 20 LPA. The basic eligibility criteria for admission to the Undergraduate programs at TERI University are as follows:Students must have obtained their 10+2 certificate in any stream from a recognised Board of Education with at least 50% marks in aggregateFor courses like B.Sc. in Data Science and Environmental Studies, admission is based on the merit of marks secured in the Senior Secondary Examination in aggregate of the best of three subjects and one language.To be eligible for admission to MBA, a candidate must possess a valid Bachelor's degree in any discipline from any recognised University. The candidates are then selected based on the Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds.For Bachelor's and Master's programs, CUET-UG and CUET-PG scores are accepted respectively. However, it cannot be surely said whether a range of 75-85 percentile is sufficient enough for selection at TERI University.
