The best stream is based on your interest and academic background. First, take admission and then decide for the branch because the choice of branch comes in the second year. At that time, you will be able to make up your mind and can then choose the branch. As far as the institute is concerned, IIM is the best in India. For admission in IIM, crack CAT. So prepare for that and attend the various coachings that are there for CAT preparation.

Hello Shantanu!
Well, you need to somehow take out time and study for around 2-3 hours(weekdays) and 6-8 hours (weekends). You can choose to study during your office breaks and while travelling too. You can give mocks on a Sat and analyse it the next day. All the best!

It is not necessary that you should attend coaching classes for your entrance unless and until you are not clear with the basics especially, in maths and data interpretation.

Hi Nikhar,
It is definitely a good choice to pursue mass communication from DAVV but it would be much better if you can just move out to a metropolitan city for better options.
All the best.
