MBA in finance is certainly a good option for B.Com qualified. CA, CWA or CS can be pursued along with or post B.Com ACCA, CIMA etc. are international certifications. Computerized financing courses such as Tally and Peach are also useful.

Hi,
If the topic is from current scenario like demonetization, Trump vs Obama or Modi Government then do include some data facts / facts and figures. If the topics are like 'I am honest', 'Respect yourself and others will respect you' then you can link any instances of real life you experienced or read somewhere and the learning / inference from the same. Try to maintain a flow of the writing intro., main theme and conclusion. If you know any good quotes then you can use it for your conclusion or introduction.

It's famous for marketing. If you want to go for marketing, go for it.
If you are looking for finance as major or other specialisation like operations, financial engineering, HR, etc. colleges like IFMR and GLIM are also good choices.
