B.Sc (Botany) will be more helpful as it would be useful to select as an optional for the IAS Exam (Mains).it would be also helpful to choose your career as a teacher/lecturer in that subject. .

Hello dear,this is the good time for preparing yourself for cat.But after completing grads u can study hard for cat.If ur cat exam will not satisfied,then you can prepare yourself for xat and cmat exam also.Then the selection process will start from 1st week of feb and continuous .Best of luck!
