First of all, look for all the basics of your graduation days and in all areas. And, then check for previous year question papers, solve them all. It will help you understanding the pattern and at last try to give as much mock test as you can.

There are a lot of solved question banks for NATA and JEE Paper 2 exams, that would be helpful for you, more than this the sketching ability improvement would be a great addition for these exams.
