There is no re-exam for NEET 2019. The NEET (UG) MBBS Exam2019is going to be held on 5th May 2019 in offline mode. For your kind information, NEETUG2019Exam has been successfully conducted on this date. There is no rumour like question paper leak or some kind of unfair means.

Hi Abhishek,You can go through following reference books:
1) Universal guide for LLB;
2) S. S guide by Anand Prakash Mishra;
Don't forget to practice previous 10 year's questions thoroughly, and I would also suggest you to kindly practice the mocks test papers given in whichever book you buy at any cost, because they will help you a lot during the exam.

You must refer ICAI modules for preparation whether its Foundation, IPCC or Final Level. It will be very helpful and the new study material is very good.

Well, your class 12th score is a bit low, and AICTE has a rule that Colleges can admit Students only with 50% throughout. However, don't loose hope. There are many Colleges in India that aren't AICTE certified, you can check various b schools ranking websites and respective College websites for further information. All the best.
