Mr. Anil,
If you want to go for JRF of Hindi subject, then listen you can buy number of books for study material. Because exam pattern is totally based on objective type questions. Then its really difficult to decide whether what we should study or what we can leave the rest of material. So again you have to focus on the syllabus mentioned on the website of UGC for Hindi Subject and then collect the material for the same. Secondly just try to cover up all the Masters syllabus of Hindi subject which you have already studied in Masters.

If you have selected IT, then the best option is to select either Marketing or HR, because both the streams require IT skills to operate software like HRIS, Digital Marketing, SEO or SMO. More options are available with Marketing. Finance also play a role in this as it makes use of SAP, Tally and other software. Best options are marketing and finance.

You should try writing paragraphs or speech on your own on any topic you like, it may be on pollution, rapid increase in population, discrimination etc. One more thing if you have relatives or friends with you who know English, try to communicate with them in English, anywhere like on social media, or by face to face. In the beginning it feels to be little bit awkward but you will get a habit of it. Try speaking English in front of mirror, you will get to know what your problem is and where are you stu
