I would say, focus on your B.Tech preparation. From third year onwards, you can prepare for CAT better try to get into IIMs.

Know the updated syllabus, marking, paper pattern etc. Start with the books of class 11th and 12th NCERT, this will help you with basic concepts and understanding. A reference book called "Intro. To psychology" by Robert Baron is a must. It covers basics as well covers all aspects of psychology. Some of the topics which are covered in Psychology entrance exam are:

Andhra University conducts exam for admission in different UG and PG courses AUCET (for courses related to subject areas such as Science, Commerce, Humanities, Mass Communication, Teaching, etc.)
Besides, the university also accepts scores of other national/ state level entrance exams for UG and PG admissions. It may be noted that admission process for some of these courses requires candidates to appear for a counselling session also.
