If you have completed your Masters in Textile Designing or you are in the final year of post-graduation, you can apply for the UGC NET exam. NET exam authorities has set some guidelines for the exam, according to that candidates can appear for the exam with the subject in which they done their Masters or related to that. There is no exam called NEED. There is NID, which is specific to NID institute. For institutes accepting CEED you can click here https://www.shiksha.com/design/industrial-product-design/articles/colleges-accepting-uceed-2017-score-rank-for-admissions-seats-available-blogId-13132.
