No, it is not possible. As you have opted for a non engineering branch (computer science) and textile engineering is more of chemical oriented course, you cannot opt for it.

I would recommend that before starting your own business, one must have at least 5-years of relevant experience and of course you can start your business.

You have to clear class 12th with PCM with a minimum of 50% marks and need to appear for entrance exam of related institutes, university, and state.
