Yes, you can take admission in BE in textile technology through lateral entry mode. Admission process for the asked program is governed by Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC).

No, you can't M.Sc is for Science students, and the eligibility to take admission in M.Sc, that you have a degree in B.Sc. Otherwise, you are not eligible for it.

It is best, if you go for a undergraduate programme in Textile technology. Be it BA/B.Sc/B.Tech in Textile tech. Though, it is hard to find colleges offering UG courses under correspondence, so I would advise you to go for full time classes.
