Tezpur University conducts Tezpur University Entrance Examination TUEE for admission to various courses. The exam is generally conducted in the month of May, and classes begin in July. I think, there will be fifty multiple choice questions each containing 2 marks for correct response and -0.5 for wrong answer. 35 number of questions for physics (if physics major) and math, chemistry, Bio each contribute 5 questions I.e, 15 questions from non major part.

Admit cards will be allotted to candidates who have registered successfully for TUEE. Candidates must note that they will be notified about the admit card through e- mail/SMS, following which the aspirants can download their respective admit cards from the official website. To download the admit card, the candidates need to follow the below mentioned steps:
Visit the official website
Enter application form ID/registered e-mail ID
Enter password and press submit
The admit card will appear on the screen
Print the admit card.

Yes, you have to be thorough with all the subjects of 11th as well as 12th as the syllabus covers all these topics. If you want, you can prioritize the concepts, but for a proper knowledge the whole syllabus needs to be completed.

Tezpur University is really a good university and has earned the recognition from all over the country. To crack TUEE, you just need to get your NCERT basics clear and sorted. After that practise some questions from the previous year papers of Assam CEE and you are good to go. The difficulty level of the paper is not much, it's the limited number of seats that offer massive competition. As for the 2nd part of the question, there is IIT Guwahati and NIT Silchar which can offer you your recommended course but I am not sure whether it is an integrated one or not. Hope this helped!
