Thanthai Periyar Government Institute of Technology has a placement cell that it has designed solely for the benefit of its students. Of this batch, 172 were employed in 2023 at the highest, an 7 LPA while offering an average deal worth almost 3.5 LPA. Large recruitment centers are TCS and Renault Nissan, Cognizant, and a manufacturing entity called TVS Fasteners.
