Thapar University is not that good now as it was 8-10 years back. It is now a common private college with unusually high fees. It's placement record has decreased. IIIT is better than Thapar University in terms of placements, students, and faculty. I will suggest IIIT. Best wishes.

Depends upon the Mains score of other students of your category (board marks category). As you scored 95%, you will be in first category (95% and above) in which top 25 students (according to JEE Mains score) of this category will be getting the highest scholarship (around INR 1 lac). So, it totally depends upon other student's score of your category.

Thapar University is not that better now, as it was 10 years back. Trust me. DTU is far better than Thapar University. You can't compare both. In Delhi, it's the DTU which comes after IIT Delhi. It's best whether based on its campus size, faculty members, incubator, placement, and students. Go for DTU for sure.

For Chemical Engineering, one must opt for Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology. The major research activities in the Department are in the fields of Heat Transfer, Fluid Mechanics, Polymer Science & Technology, Energy Management, Biochemical Engineering, Separation Processes, Reaction Engineering, Pulp and paper, and Environmental Engineering. Any day, TIET would be a better choice.

If you have Punjab quota, then you have 90% chances to get it.
As per second cut-off list there is quite decrease in the cut off rank/marks.Try till second in-person counseling.
It's bit difficult if you are from outside Punjab.
Though try your best.
Best wishes.

For sure, according to second cut off list of Thapar University, you are eligible for any branch except COE. Even these branch you can get in-person counselling. Cut-offs are quite low this year. Check out, www.thapar.edu.

Easily.
According to the second list, you are eligible for any branch in Thapar University.
Cut off list is quite low this time.
Hurry up. Go and deposit your fees.
But, I will suggest you to try for JEE Mains counselling also.
You can get good NIT.
Best wishes.
