Yes, you can get, but through JEE Mains or your board's percentage should be very high.

Yes, Thapar University is famous for its fee. It is unaffordable. College is very good, you should not compare it with any other college.

Thapar is the best as compared to Jaypee University among all the things like infrastructure, placements, atmosphere, cafeteria, libraries, lab, etc.

Pursuing CSE from Chitkara University is a better option as its academic reputation, industry exposure, students crowd and the most important basis of its placements records. There are many MNC's like Microsoft India, Google, Oracle, Amazon, Infosys, Wipro, IBM and Tech Mahindra, etc. has its major campus recruiters visit campus every year and provide a dream job with a good package to engineering students.
