The candidates need to score at least 45%marks in their 12th or equivalent exam.Admission in the BSc Microbiology course is provided through both Entrance and Merit by different institutions. Entrance exams like LPUNEST, Assam CEE, AMUEEE, and so on. Based on the entrance result, candidates are provided admission seats in different colleges of a particular university.

Mandatory Subjects : English
Candidate must have passed 10+2 from a recognized board with not less than five subjects,of which mandatory and Mathematics / Business Mathematics / Computer Science as a one of the subjects and should compulsorily study a language under Part I. Tamil, Hindi and French are the options available.
