Admissions to various course at The American College are based on the scores obtained in the entrance exams such as TANCET, MAT etc. To check the cutoff, the candidates are advised to visit: The American College Cutoff 2024 (Out): Check TANCET Cutoff Scores & Trends. Admissions to various courses at the college such as BVoc, BSc, MSc, BCom, etc. are also done based on the scores in previous qualification and not on any entrance exams.

It depends on the course in which the student is interested. Admission to The American College, Madurai is fairly competitive and for MBA/PGDM, eligibility is a first undergraduate degree with at least 50% marks in relevant subjects. Admission to only MBA course at The American College through the MAT exam are open now. Registration for the MAT exam is currently open. Admission to any other course at the college such as BCom, BSc, BVOC, MSc, etc. are not currenty open. Admissions to MBA also through various other exams like TANCET are not open.

Yes, The American College provides various scholarships to its students. These include scholarships to students from the Christian community and students who show excellence in sports. Outside these, highly achieving students may also get options for financial assistance, and if necessary, with help from the faculty, they can manage fees.
