Each institute has its own set of requirements for GME sponsorship. However, generally speaking, you must have obtained a minimum of 60% on your first attempt to pass 12th Science. Additionally, you need a bachelor's degree in either mechanical engineering or naval architecture and a final exam score of at least 60% overall. In your scenario, you may not be eligible for GME sponsorship from all institutes because you passed 12th Science on your second attempt and received a 65% overall score in BE Mechanical.

Congratulations on completing your 12th grade and applying for the IMU CET! If you are interested in pursuing a Graduate Marine Engineering (GME) program, it is a good idea to start exploring sponsorship opportunities. Look for information on their websites or contact them directly

In general, to be eligible for a GME program, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Naval Architecture from a recognized university or institution. You must also have a valid GATE score or qualify in any other entrance exam conducted by the respective institution.
Other requirements may include physical fitness and medical fitness certificates, as well as proficiency in English. Some institutions may also require work experience in the maritime industry.
I suggest checking the official website of GEIMS or contacting their admission office directly for the specific admission requirements for their GME program.
