For freshman admission, once the applications have been submitted including all fees and required supporting documents, then it can take between four and six weeks to make an admission decision. In the case of graduate admissions, once the application and all supporting documents have been submitted, they will be reviewed by the department to which an applicant has applied. The length of time required to make an admission decision varies as per the time of the year when the applicants’ file is completed. The applicants are required to log in to their Applicant Center to check the status of the admission decision.

According to the Spring 2023 class profile for MS in Information Technology and Management at UTD, the average GRE test score was 310. In place of the GRE score, students can also submit a GMAT score the average score of the class of 2023 is 619.

In order to apply to the graduate programs at UT Dallas, the applicants have to pay $50. However, if the applicants want to apply to the MS in Business Analytics (Cohort), then they will be charged $75 as an application fee. International students are also required to pay $50 as an international credential evaluation fee. The first-year tuition fees for MS in Business Analytics will be around INR 34 Lakh. Apart from the tuition fee, other expenses included in the first-year shall be of hostel and meals, insurance transportation, books, personal expenses, etc. All of these other expenses will cost around INR 16 lakhs.
