The students must complete the 12th /higher secondary final examination in Science with Physics Chemistry and Biology as compulsory subjects. To appear for the entrance examination student must secure minimum 50% marks in the 12th final year. Before getting admission in any colleges in India to pursue the B.Sc. Operation Theatre Technology course, all the student should appear for the entrance examination conducted by the respective colleges and must clear the cut-offs for that particular course

B.Sc. Medical Technology (Operation Theatre) is 3 years + 1 year internship course at PGIMR. The eligibility criteria of asked course is given below.
Eligibility criteria for Non Sponsored candidates: Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent examination recognized by any Indian University or a duly constituted board with pass marks (50%) in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Mathematics.
OR
Diploma in Operation Theatre Technology after completing 12th Class/10+2 of CBSE or equivalent with minimum aggregate of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics provided the candidate has passed in each subject separately.
