The second most in-demand specialisation was Electronics and Communication Engineering with a closing cutoff of 2125. This scheme shall provide support for students belonging to economically disadvantaged groups and is based on merit and financial need. Thiagarajar College of Engineering offers scholarships in undergraduate courses through the Alumni Scholarship Programme.
