Candidates willing to take TISSNET 2022 must have completed the graduation of minimum 3 years duration or its equivalent from a recognized university.
Final year candidates can also apply for the exam. However, they will be offered final admission only after they clear the final year examination.
There is no upper age limit defined by TISS for appearing in the national-level exam.

Yes, you can apply for an M.A. at TISS Mumbai regardless of your gap year. The gap year won't affect your application, as the minimum criteria to apply for an M.A. program is a bachelor's degree from a recognized university. You can simply clear the written assessment round of the TISS M.A. Program based on merit. However, you may face some issues in the personal interview round. They might ask you why you took a gap year. As long as you can answer this, you will have no issue at all getting admission to the master's program at TISS.

You can apply for a Master's course at TISS after completing your Bachelor's degree through distance learning. However, your university must be recognized by UGC. The minimum eligibility criteria for the master's course at TISS are as follows:1. You should have a Bachelor's degree of at least 3 years or its equivalent. 2. Your degree must be from a university recognized by UGC.3. Some courses may require you to have work experience. You also need to appear in the TISS entrance exam to get admission to some of the postgraduate courses offered by the university.
