No, there won't be any issues for the break. Documents that may be needed is income certificate. If you need fees concession and community certificate or seats through quota, then class 10th, class 12th marksheet is required for the admission.

Due to the emergence of health sector now the scope for public health is really high and I am not much aware of the papers from the Assam social work. But, I can assure the overall learning will be very good enough and explorative.

No, there is no such difference between MBA in HRM and PGDM in HR. It is the naming convention which has to be followed. If any institution is not having university status, then it can only give out Diplomas and not degrees and MBA is a degree and PGDM is a Diploma, which is equivalent to MBA by Indian Association of Universities. So, earlier IIMs were giving out PGDMs, but now they have shifted to MBA after cabinet has claw Fred the bill.
