All the courses have different objectives, and therefore different curriculum. I am posting the links of these courses with details:
http://admissions.tiss.edu/view/10/admissions/ma-admissions/master-of-public-health-mph-in-health-policy-econo/
http://admissions.tiss.edu/view/10/admissions/ma-admissions/master-of-public-health-mph-in-social-epidemiology/
http://admissions.tiss.edu/view/10/admissions/ma-admissions/master-of-health-administration-mha/
You can go through their curriculum and their objectives as they lay it out.

It has a very good scope for your kind of profile. In the TISS HRM is the one among the best course. Fortunately, they also prefer experienced candidates. You should give TISSNET exam next year by October. The syllabus for the same is available in internet.
All the best!

It is really a good course comparatively to other universities which is offering hospital administration. Here, you get direct experiences from both government and private hospitals which brings you good placement too in the end. its a good option here.

International Placement in HR is not as common as they are in Finance, Consulting, or Analytics. Although there are companies which provide international placements in both the campuses. But, I will definitely say that both campuses are great places to study and you can go to either of them by comparing the parameters like Fees, RoI, Location, Your Own Preference, Opportunities compatible to you. Then you can make an informed choice.

In hospital management, they would ask you about the health systems and the hospital procedure as per Indian norms.
