The Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) in Mumbai offers a Master of Arts (MA) in Human Resource Management and Labour Relations (HRM & LR). This programme is considered to be equivalent to an MBA in Human Resources. TISS Mumbai is considered one of the top colleges for HRM & LR in india.MA in HRM from TISS is the second best programme for HR aspirants in India. They also say that the programme has a great return on investment (RoI). The programme has successful placements each year, with an average salary of Rs.27.22 LPA.
