No, with a year back, you can't give this exam. You must not have any backlog for the eligibility of this exam.

Hi,
Heres the eligibility criteria for TISSNET 2018:
a) Candidates with Bachelor's degree (minimum of three years duration) or equivalent from a recognised university are eligible to apply.
b) At the time of applying, candidates studying in three-year degree programmes should have passed all subjects from first to fourth semesters; while candidates studying in four-year degree programmes should have passed in all subjects for first to sixth semester.
c) Only those candidates who will be able to complete all the requirements of their final year Bachelor's Degree examinations by the first week of June 2017 are eligible to apply to all the pr
