Preparing for the TISS entrance test syllabus will not be as tough as you think if you are already preparing for other Management entrance examinations like CAT, XAT or GMAT. The only thing required is consistency for one month, syllabus is quite similar to other entrance examinations for management programs. Here are a few things to keep in mind to cover your TISSNET Syllabus in one month : • Solve the previous year's question papers, there is never a major change in the pattern of questions. Candidates preparing for CAT simultaneously prepare for TISSNET exam. However, confusion prevails on how to synchronize the CAT exam preparation along with the TISSNET. You should definitely make good hold on your general knowledge and Current Affairs as it is the main key aspect. - Daily newspaper reading is a must but I never did that (given my time constraint). I preferred watching daily news analysis of The Hindu from one of the youtube channels. There are plethora of options out there. SEE what suits you best. I never made notes out of it. It was just to remain aware of what is going on in the world. - Secondly, on the monthly basis I used to watch monthly GK capsule by a youtube channel named Endeavour (to cover the important highlights of the month for the quick revision)

TISSNET is a computer-based exam that is conducted at the national level. TISSNET score is taken into consideration by TISS for entrance into different Masters programmes offered by TISS. To prepare for it well, you need to go through the exam pattern and syllabus in a well mannered way. Subject you should have good holds on -
1- GK
2- QUANTITATIVE ABILITY AND LOGICAL REASONING
3- VERBAL ACTIVITY
4- READING COMPREHENSION

Hi, TISS exam mainly focuses in your general affairs apart from the aptitude. I suggest you to take a mock test series for TISSNET. I'm not very much aware of books. You can check on google.
