Incase candidates are not able to download the TISSNET admit card they must retrieve the TISSNET login credentials again by clicking on 'forgot password' tab. Follow the procedure to retrieve the password and re-login with the credentials. Candidates must ensure that they must have registered for the TISSNET exam along with the payment of application fee. Only registered candidates will be able to download the admit card. If candidates are unable to download the TISSNET hall ticket after changing the credentials, they must contact at TISS helpline number or mail at the official email address of the TISS immediately.

TISSNET admit card is an important document that has to carried on the day of examination. Along with the TISSNET admit card, candidates must ensure to carry the following identity proof documents:
Photo identity proof (any): Driving License, PAN card, Aadhar card, Passport, College ID, PAN Card etc.
2 passport size photographs. Candidates must note that entry without the admit card and identity proof documents will not be permitted. Candidates must ensure to keep the documents ready before the exam day. Digital TISSNET admit card will not be permitted for entry to the examination hall.

Only candidates belonging to the SC/ST category and with an annual family income of less than INR 2.5 Lacs will be provided a travel allowance. Such candidates must check the important guidelines for the GOI candidates. Candidates belonging to other categories will not be provided with travel allowance for TISSNET exam. Candidates must arrange for their own vehicles or mode of transportation to reach the TISSNET exam centre on time. Candidates are advised to reach the exam centre one hour prior to the given time. Failing which, candidates will not be permitted to enter the exam centre.

Incase of any incorrect information or missing details in the TISSNET admit card, candidates must report at the TISS helpline desk immediately. Candidates can call at TISS CARE: 022 - 2552 5252 or register their complaint by sending an email to admissionsinfo (at)tiss. Edu. The admit card will mention the details like- name of the candidate, registration number, category, date of birth, gender, PWD, programme details, Date of exam, Time, City, Centre address, Declaration and important guidelines for exam centre. Go to the TISSNET login page and click on the "Forgot Password" link. Enter your registered email address or mobile number. You will receive an OTP (One-Time Password) on your registered mobile number or email address. Enter the OTP and click on the "Submit" button. Candidates appearing for the TISSNET mock test must follow the prescribed instructions:
TISSNET will consist of 100 questions of one mark each. There will be no negative marking for TISSNET. Candidates will have 100 minutes (one hour 40 minutes) to solve the questions
The question paper will consist of three sections viz. , General Awareness, Mathematics and Logical Reasoning, and English Proficiency. Candidates can attempt the question in any order of preference.
