No, there is a proper selection procedure for admission:
The online test and interview will be conducted in the first half of May 2019 at Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi, Dehradun, Chandigarh, Bangalore, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Lucknow, Indore, Ranchi and Jaipur. Candidates will be shortlisted based on marks in PCM, online test, IMU test rank and interview. The selection is also subject to medical fitness a per DGS norms.

Placement is never guaranteed. If the college has a good track in placements, there are a lot of factors that contribute to the reputation. First is the aptitude and employability of students. If you have done well academically, the chances of getting placed automatically goes up. However, if you have not performed well, companies are not bound to give you a job. Conclusion: 100% placement is not guaranteed, it all depends on your performance in school, as well as the interviews. Regards.

Hyderabad Aviation Academy and Hospitality Management is an institution that claims to impart vocational skills training via six different courses in the sphere of Aviation related subjects. However, many feedbacks are not positive. Even their website is presently suspended due to some reasons. Thus, at first glance it looks like that this institution needs to be avoided.On the other hand, TMI Academy of aviation based in Mumbai is going strong.
