In the TNEA application, the term "native place" refers to the place where the candidate or candidate's parents have been residing for the past five years. It is not related to the candidate's place of birth. The purpose of collecting this information is to determine the category (I. e. , local or non-local) to which the candidate belongs for the purpose of admission.

Hi Pawan,
No problem at all. At the time of the counseling, you can inform the officials by showing your 10th and 12th marks scorecards and confirm the same.

Hello Pawan,There will be an option to edit the details you have entered till a certain stage. And, after that you cannot edit them. If you completed the registration and generated the forms, then it is not possible to make a change. You can specify them directly at the time of counseling.
