The admissions to the B.E./B.Tech programmes in Thiruvalluvar College of Engineering and Technology are through Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) every year using marks obtained in Standard Xll. However, students can also opt for management seat where students can directly get admitted without having to take part in TNEA counseling process. Management quota admitted students have to fulfill certain academic standards; the fee may be slightly higher than that of TNEA.

The process of TNEA registration mostly starts in May every year and the applications runs for about a month. The merit list is displayed in June while counseling is done in July and August. Because TNEA relies on Class 12 scores, there is no examination involved in the admission process. Certain days may change every year so applicants should refer to the official TNEA web page frequently in order to have the right information on when to submit their applications and participate in admission.

There are several rounds to the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) results, which include seat distribution for universities such as Asan Memorial College of Engineering and Technology. The process for 2024 started on July 10 2024 when the rank list was released. Counseling for special reservations began on July 22, 2024. Supplementary therapy ended on September 11, 2024, while general counseling ran from July 29, 2024 until September 3, 2024. All participating colleges under TNEA including Asan Memorial College, should take note of these dates.?

Hi, The TNEA 2024 cutoff for Pallavan College of Engineering for B.E./B.Tech varies by branch and category. TNEA result date for PSN College of Engineering and Technology will be provided as per the official schedule followed by the Tamil Nadu Directorate of Technical Education (DOTE). Admission to St. Michael College of Engineering and Technology through TNEA differs as there are different cutoffs for different courses and varying years. While the recent years' cut-off for B.E. /B.Tech courses such as Computer Science and Engineering was high, comparison cuts were relatively low for Biomedical Engineering and Chemical Engineering courses.Specific cut-off will differ in respect of the course and the strength of applicants. The cutoff marks for TNEA are from 7,157 up to 26,444 which depends on the category and course¹. For example, the overall TNEA cutoff is between 7,157 and 26,444 for the Open Category. However, rounded off, Round 1 has a cutoff of 10,500; Round 2 is 8,9180; and, finally, Round 3 is 18,042. Other than this, the cutoff marks for TANCET are 6,085.
