The counseling process for OJEE 2023 will be started for various courses after the display of the merit list and will be organized via online mode. The counseling registration will start from August 2023 for UG courses. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any information about other state students eligibility for OJEE counseling. Hello Banumathi, in Tamil Nadu as you know the admissions to the engineering colleges are given based on marks obtained in 12th standard. For this government of Tamilnadu has established one organisation called Tamilnadu engineering admission. Here a prospective student has to register to be eligible to seek admission. TNEA has established facilitation centres across Tamilnadu for checking of certificates. This step is a mandatory step which is required to be done by the student so that he can proceed for the next stage of admission process. In the TNEA application, the term "native place" refers to the place where the candidate or candidate's parents have been residing for the past five years. It is not related to the candidate's place of birth. The purpose of collecting this information is to determine the category (I. e. , local or non-local) to which the candidate belongs for the purpose of admission.

It is difficult to determine exactly which college you may get with a cutoff of 194 in BC category for CSE/IT/ECE/EEE in TNEA 2021 as the cutoffs vary every year depending on various factors such as the number of applicants, the difficulty level of the exam, etc. However, with a cutoff of 194 in BC category, you may have a chance of getting admission in some of the following colleges:
