TNTET exam is conducted every year by the Teachers Recruitment Board (TRB), Tamil Nadu. With continuous efforts and few well prepared strategy, aspirants can achieve success in the TNTET exam. Aspirants must know the pattern of the exam well. TNTET is conducted in two parts, Paper 1 and Paper 2. Candidates who qualify the TNTET  exam are considered eligible for Primary and Upper Primary Level teacher posts in the state of Tamil Nadu. TNTET has two papers, Paper 1 (for Classes 1 to 5) and Paper 2 (for Classes 6 to 8). Both papers have different eligibility criteria, exam patterns and syllabi. NCERT books can be beneficial for the aspirants in the initial days of preparation, especially for paper 1. However, it will not cover all the topics in detail. Sometimes TNTET exam covers a wide range from all topics and may the NCERT book will not cover the topics in depth. Therefore, the candidates are advised to go through the detailed books and other study materials. Additionally solving previous years' question papers are taking mock tests can also be helpful in preparing for the TNTET exam.
