You need not take both. Either one will suffice. I will recommend IELTS, more preferred in Europe on the whole.

You can give any one. Both are accepted. But if you are applying to an SPP college then IELTS is preferred.

Yes you can. Most of the applicants do a self study. There are plenty of resources online such as online test prep materials, practice test modules etc. Take practice tests, it is the best way to understand your areas of improvement. Some of the best books for GRE include
The Official Guide to the GRE by ETS, Manhattan Series and Barron's GRE Practice Tests. For TOEFL you can check The Official guide to the TOEFL by ETS and Kaplan TOEFL iBT Premier.

Hello, TOEFL or IELTS are English language requirement test and very much required. However universities can waiver it off if you have a really strong profile and no requirement of an additional English test for you.You need to confirm with the universities for the same. I hope you are aware that SAT is mainly required to study in US, few universities in Singapore too requires.

In order pursue undergraduate degree from universities in USA, you need to take TOEFL or IELTS only.
Regarding preparation of these tests, I would suggest you to join some good coaching institute in your city which offers quality coaching for SAT and TOEFL or IELTS.
These institute offers regular and weekend classes, plus they conduct mock test on regular basis.
For your reference find below some of the finest coaching institutes which offers quality coaching for SAT and TOEFL or IELTS.
- The princeton review.
- TIME.
- IMS.
