Hi,
If you want to pursue UG course then you will have to give SAT and for PG course GMAT or GRE. It is mandatory for all colleges abroad in Canada, USA, UK or Australia.
There are few colleges which give admission on the basis of TOEFL or IELTS in Europe and Canada. Kindly, search for that on Shiksha abroad.
I hope it helps.

It depends on the country. Decent US and Canadian universities would require a GMAT score. However, UK does not require a GMAT score. I'm assuming you are looking for MBA programs with 2-3 years of experience.

The application process for SAT and TOEFL is online, you need to visit the official websites for registration, test schedules, test prep materials etc. Please check https://collegereadiness.collegeboard.org/sat and https://www.ets.org/toefl for details.
You will be eligible to apply to MIT after taking the SAT and TOEFL, however whether you will be considered and admitted is up to the university and depends on a number of factors such as co-curricular activities, academic standing, achievements and overall profile. Visit the MIT website, check the undergraduate admission requirements and process and what they look for in an applicant.

Tuition fee for international students may range from $30,000 to $50,000 a year if you are talking about Masters. It is advisable if you check the university websites for the fee break-ups, also these are subject to change so always refer the website for updates.

If you apply in USA universities, then you have to appear for GRE with TOEFL. For other countries, you don't need to appear for GRE, only TOEFL or IELTS is enough. But if, your academic record is not up to the mark, your GRE marks help you to get admission there.
For MBA admission you need to appear for GMAT with TOEFL or IELTS as GMAT is must for MBA in abroad.
All the best.

TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) and IELTS (International English Language Testing System) are two of the most widely-accepted tests to certify your English proficiency. The decision on which one to take among TOEFL & IELTS depends on a number of factors.
