TOEFL Scholarship Program in India:
The TOEFL Scholarship Program in India is open to any student residing in India who starts an undergraduate or graduate degree program between June 2016 and May 2017 at a college or university listed in the TOEFL Destination Search.
Awards:
Fifteen scholarships valued at US$ 7,000 each.
India scholarship funds will be disbursed to the winners' universities in September 2016. Funds can be applied to academic expenses only and will be disbursed after the student has arrived on campus.

This link is for GRE and TOEFL. SAT is difficult and universities have its own curriculum for SAT scholarship.
Study hard, give various mock test, learn time management, and buy books for TOEFL, GRE and SAT. Many online software for TOEFL mainly, download it and understand the pattern, practice essay writing of GRE every day. You must avoid any grammatical mistakes.

TOEFL scores are valid for two years after the test date and there is no limit to the number of times you can take the test, but you cannot take it more than once in a 12-day period.
So you can give the paper of TOEFL.
I don't know about SAT.

Hi Pranav, both SAT and TOEFL are different tests. If you are planning to study in US both would be required. You can learn about these tests through the following articles

Dear Ankit,
They evaluate every profile holistically, there is not one thing over the other. Saying they don't consider academics but only SAT and TOEFL would be wrong. SAT, TOEFL, etc. are also very much called academics.
Everything from co-curricular and academic grades to intellectual prowess, strengths and weaknesses will be evaluated. There is no single criteria. If you have poor grades but a good SAT however nothing special about your profile they will have little interest in you. An all rounded profile is what they want.
