To do your masters you will not have much schorlarships. few you can apply and try. PHd normally is fully stiphened PROGRAME. First you have to apply with good research proposal get ypur admission and then apply for schorlarships

IELTS is preferred over TOEFL.in Europe. But, you cannot apply directly after 12th since German universities require 13 years formal education. You can clear IIT JEE advance or complete the first year of a bachelor's degree program here in India as a pre requisite. Visit daad website for more details.

You have to appear for one of ielts or toefl to enter the boundaries of a country. This is mandatory. Gre is college admission in good ranked college. Not mandatory everywhere.

There is no standard formula to calculate 10 point CGPA into 4 point CGPA. However most USA universities may accept standard maths conversion. You USA CGPA will be 2.68

SAT is the standardized admission test required to pursue undergraduate studies mainly in USA while other countries also consider SAT scores. TOEFL is the English language proficiency test. You must create online accounts, pay the registration fee and select your test dates which are available online. Please visit https://www.collegeboard.org/ and http://www.ets.org/toefl

you have to do lot of practise. Instead of ToEFL you can do IELTS. take coaching and then write exam

SAT is accepted by BITS pilani and may be in future few more private universities will start with it. If you are keen to join USA for further studies, you may take SAT in grade 11 beginning as it will be the best time to start process of applying abroad.

Hello, TOEFL is a test for English language proficiency, the duration of the test is four and a half hours. You can visit ets.org/toefl for details such as registration, test fee, test centers etc.You need to create the online account on the site as well so please check the website.You must also take the SAT which is an aptitude test.Your high school grades are on the lower side so do well on SAT and TOEFL.
